Skills Required / What You'll Receive
Knit Stitches: garter stitch, cast on, cast off/bind off, stocking st.(stockinette), decrease (2 stitches together), increase (knit front back stitch)
Materials:
For the balloon:
-approx. 20 grams for each color: dark blue, milk white, light blue, pale brown (beige) yarn DK /8 ply
For the basket:
-approx. 20 grams of light brown yarn DK /8 ply
For the giraffe:
-approx. 20 grams yellow yarn DK /8 ply
-approx. 10 grams brown yarn DK /8 ply
-approx. 5 grams white yarn DK /8 ply for the muzzle
-black embroidery thread for eyes (or 2 beads 5mm.)
For the clouds:
-approx. 30 grams white yarn DK /8 ply
Then:
-soft polyester filling for toys or cushions
-Single point knitting needles 3.5 mm. (UK 10/ US 4)
-Tapestry needle
