Crochet pattern "The Elf Shoe" by Wunderlich`s Kreativchaos

A "shoe" rarely comes alone :) So I designed the elf shoe at the same time as the Santa boot.

This shoe is also an upcycling project which reduces waste and protects the environment :). Old or used paper cups quickly become a great gift wrap or even the shoe for Santa Claus. Depending on the size of the cup used, a lot of sweets fit in, a small Christmas star as a gift or a small decorative tree.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

This guide explains step by step how to crochet the shoe. The instructions consist of 14 pages and are provided with many pictures. The instructions also explain how you can adapt the shoe to different cup sizes.

In my shop you will find a free part with lots of pictures and tips on how to sew on the individual parts correctly.

Size Information

I mainly work with 100% cotton and a needle size of 2.0. You can also use any other wool and also a different needle size. This may change the specified size of the figure. If you work with Carina (comparable to Schachenmayr Catania) and a needle size of 2.0, the elf shoe will be approx. 12 cm high and 19 cm long.

Materials List

I always give the material for cotton yarn with 125m/ 50gr and generously. Everyone crochets differently, so the quantity given may vary.

• 2 x 50 gr. apple green
• 1 x 50 gr. red
• 1 x 50 gr. black
• Small amount of yellow
• Fiberfill
• Scissors/hot glue/sewing supplies
• Patience and attention to detail 😊
8 little bells
1 larger bell
1 A cup (D-10cm, Height-11cm)
You can use 16oz/ 1 pint ice cream cups like Ben & Jerry's or any other cup. I explain how you can customize the case.

You only buy the crochet pattern but NOT the finished figure.

Der Schuh macht richtig was her.

Ich habe aber einen größeren und sehr viel festeren Becher als Grundlage genommen. Wir war der Pappbecher zu instabil. Soll ja lange halten. War auch ganz einfach, die Größe anzupassen-
