Crocheting soft baby & children's socks with the cuff, heel and toe in the knitted look quickly and easily for your child or grandchild is no problem at all with this pattern!

This PDF crochet pattern consists of illustrated tutorial for crocheting baby & children's socks with the knitted-look pattern (cuff, heel and toe) for sizes from 0 months to 4 years old. The socks can be crocheted in two or one colour. You can crochet these socks for both winter and summer, depending on the wool (see "Materials required").

Note for the sl st: These socks is partly crocheted with the sl st. Crocheting with the sl st, crocheted either in the back loop only or in the front loop only, requires a little practice. Before you start crocheting, practice with an old thick wool (wool scraps). After a few exercises, crocheting with the sl. st will work very quickly. Otherwise: crochet very loosely, take the crochet hook 0.5 to 1 size larger than recommended for your wool. How to crochet the sl st is explained in the video (link in the pattern).
