Attention! The hat is partially crocheted with sl st. Crocheting with the sl st, inserted either in the back stitch halves or in the front stitch halves of the front row, requires a little practice. Before you start crocheting the hat, practice crocheting with an old thick wool (wool scraps). After a few exercises, crochet with the sl st will work out very quickly.
