Knitting Pattern for a Summer Top Lace Pattern | Knitted Top #Butterfly

Product description

BUTTERFLY – a feminine knitted top with an eye-catching lace pattern and a surprisingly simple construction.

The intricate-looking lace pattern is the highlight of this summery top: the individual motifs resemble little butterflies and give BUTTERFLY its distinctive character.

The straight silhouette, wide boat neckline and short dolman sleeves create a modern, effortless look. Whether worn casually with jeans or styled a little more elegantly –
BUTTERFLY is wonderfully versatile.

And the best part:
The construction is much easier than the pattern might suggest. The Front and Back are worked separately from the bottom up. The short sleeves are created directly while knitting by casting on additional stitches – no complicated sleeve caps or set-in sleeves required.

The pattern guides you row by row through the lace pattern and also includes an extract from the knitting chart for easy reference.

At a glance:

  • detailed written instructions
  • 4 sizes S / M / L / XL
  • schematic with all relevant measurements in cm
  • lace pattern written out row by row
  • additional extract from the knitting chart
  • detailed explanations of the decreases used
  • a dedicated “BUTTERFLY – Customise Your Fit” section

The pattern is designed for advanced knitters, but ambitious beginners who are already comfortable with the basic techniques and would like to try a more challenging lace pattern are very welcome to take on BUTTERFLY as their next knitting adventure.

So grab your needles, let the butterflies dance and knit your very own BUTTERFLY summer look!

Alles Liebe, Kathrin
