This is another pattern to add to my Sakura Collection. Following the popularity of my Sakura Market Bag design, I used it’s bottom part to make this beautiful coaster.

If you have some leftover yarn or you just want to create something unique but quick, this pattern is for YOU.

Gauge: 4 double crochets = approx. 1 inch

Materials List

• 4 mm (G) size Hook
• approx. 15 grams (37,5 metres/ 41 yards) of Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK (I used Lime Green shade)
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Stitch markers if needed

A lovely pattern

One question. On the instructions for round 2 it says...FPDC around the CH3 from previous row. I think it ought to read: FPDC around the CH2 from previous row. There was never a CH3 in the directions. Otherwise the directions are very easy to follow! I love the pattern, it is quite beautiful, and all the notes at the end of each round are very helpful. I have made this countless times and given them as gifts. Thank you. Carol
