LITTLE SNOWBALL
So cute! These just need to be part of your winter decorations this year!
Make one, or multiple. With hanger, or without. Put them on your key-chain, hang them on a fir branch, or simply place them all over the house. :)
Put them on a small slice of wood, add some additional wintery items and you end up with a cute little giveaway.
The hat is perfect to make good use of your scrap-yarn pile.
And on top of that they work up pretty fast!
What’s not to love? :)
All steps are explained in detail in words and pictures, so this pattern is suitable for (practiced) beginners as well.
The pattern contains 6 pages of crochet instructions and 10 pages of additional step-by-step instructions.
Used techniques (US crochet terms): magic ring, chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet, increases and (invisible) decreases, changeing yarn-color (optional).
The Snowball is crocheted in continuous rounds/spirals, the hat is done in closed rounds and the arms & feet back and forth in rows.
FORMAT
With 2.0 mm hook and Sport weight yarn the Snowball gets to be 4.5 x 5.0 cm tall (without hanger).
You need it smaller or bigger? No problem! Simply use lighter or heavier yarn.
The size of the safety-eyes needs to be adjusted accordingly then.
Sport weight yarn:
The pattern is mine.
