  • Main yarn – I used “Nubuk” by Kartopu (22% acrylic, 78% polyamide) that has 550 m in a 100g skein.
  • 50 g of brown (for the main parts)
  • 5 g of white (for the whites of the eyes)

Tip: You can use any moderately fluffy yarn (wool, acrylic, etc). The thicker the yarn, the bigger your toy will be.

  • Matching crochet hook. I used 1.75 mm crochet hook.
  • Two black beads or half beads for the pupils of the eyes – I used 10-14 mm in diameter.
  • Single core copper PVC electrical wire – I used wire approximately 200 cm / 78.8 inches long 1.5 mm in diameter.
  • Transparent glue.
  • Stuffing.
  • Adhesive fabric tape approximately 1 cm wide to wrap the wire ends.
  • Strong thread for needle sculpting.

Cute kitten
I've made the one with the eyes closed in a hairy woollen yarn. It's not hard to follow and the result is a very cute kitten
