A large Christmas stocking in red with a green cuff and a little loop for hanging. On the front sits a reindeer with a round red nose, a green scarf, glued-on eyes and brown antlers between its ears. Stocking and reindeer are crocheted separately and sewn together at the end – so you can also put the reindeer on something else.
The stocking measures approx. 30 × 25 cm and leaves plenty of room for sweets and little presents.

Required skills: chain, single crochet, slip stitch, half double crochet, magic ring, increase and decrease.
The pattern is a detailed step-by-step PDF with lots of photos. Every round/row is written out individually, with stitch counts.
Skill level: intermediate – the stocking is worked in spiral rounds, the heel in rows. On top of that come the hanging loop, reindeer head, nose, scarf, ears and antlers. Only basic stitches are needed.
Finished size: the stocking measures approx. 30 × 25 cm.
Gauge: 26 stitches × 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4 in.
Yarn used: Schachenmayr Catania, crochet hook 2.5 mm and 3 mm.
