MATERIALS AND TOOLS

• Yarn: Any sand colour yarn – approximately 50 g;
  Tip: I recommend that you use yarn that has approximately 500m in 100 g skein. You can use wool, mohair or acrylic yarn. The thicker yarn you use, the bigger toy you will get.
• Matching crochet hook (I used 1.75 mm – approximately US 6, UK 3 1/2);
• Wool for felting (I used orange color) for the hair or orange color yarn;
• Wool for felting for the eyelids (optional);
• Felting needle (optional);
• Single core copper electrical wire – I used 120 cm (47.3 inches) of wire 1.0 mm in diameter;
• Two black or brown beads or half beads for the eyes (I used 6 mm in diameter);
• Stuffing;
• Tapestry needle;
• Any material for tinting you like;
• Fabric tape 1 cm wide to work up the wire ends;
• Pliers.
