Wild Life XXL - MONKEY CHARLY (EN)

Monkey Charly was a part of the „WILD LIFE XXL“ Special.
This special was a collaborative CAL of 4 designers, where 4 different and independently created wild animals were presented. There were also Panda Kai Tao, Lion Lennart and Koala Karl.
With this PDF you will get the pattern for the monkey Charly and his bananas.
The PDF-pattern consists of 24 pages and has 60 colored pictures.
It is available in German (DE), English (EN) and Dutch (NL).
Stitches (US-terminology):
slip stitch, (turning) chain, single crochet, (half) double crochet
Techniques:
Magic Ring; crochet on chains; increase/decrease of stitches; crochet in continuous (oval) rounds, closed rounds and rows; crochet in 1 loop only; Color change; fasten off; weave in ends; the forming of eyeholes, bellybutton and mouth (the explanation is in the pattern)
Level of difficulty: easy - intermediate.
With the stated yarn and crochet hook the finished figure is approx. 42 cm tall.
The size also depends on how tight or loose you crochet. If you use another yarn as stated, you have to match the size of your crochet hook accordingly to the yarn size and also the amount of yarn balls, whereby the size can also vary.
I used Gründl King Cotton yarn and a 4 mm crochet hook.

Alternatively you can use Schachenmayr Catania yarn and a 2 - 2,5 mm crochet hook:

ich würde dieses Äffchen gern mit cenille garn häkeln würde das auch gehn lieb gefragt
Vielen herzlichen Dank!
Ich selber habe keine Erfahrung mit Chenille Wolle, kann dazu also weniger sagen, vor allem zum Wollverbrauch.
Allerdings habe ich schon einige wunderschöne fertige Exemplare von Charly aus Chenillewolle gesehen.
Möglich ist es demnach, jedoch wird CHarly dann auch nochmal eine Nummer größer.
Ich wünsche dann viel Spaß beim Nacharbeiten.
Ich habe die Sicherheitsaugen tatsächlich am Kopf mit Heißkleber festgeklebt d.h. in das vorbereitete Loch den Kleber gefüllt und anschließend das Auge inkl. Filz befestigt. Hält bei mir sehr fest.
Die Augen könnem aber auch wie beschrieben an der Augenpartie befestigt werden, bevor diese angenäht wird.
