This tutorial does not include crochet basics, but requires some experience. The following techniques are used: chain stitch, slip stitch, double crochet, treble crochet, colour change, crochet in rows (crochet terms in british english!).
If you use cotton yarn with a yardage of 200y/3.5oz (90m/50g) and a hook size 3, the board will get a side length of approx. 20 cm and the tokens will become about 4.5 cm wide.
