This construction manual describes on 14 pages in detail and with very many pictures, the construction of the guinea pig villa Elli. There are also instructions for resizing and material procurement. So if you want to start building right now instead of planning for a long time, these construction manual are just right.
By Plywood it is conceivable to paint the sides outside (not on top), the sides inside down under, the top (No.5) and the front outside (No.8) with non toxic paint (e.g. white).

The original construction manual is in German. I have to say two things with regard to the translation:

1.: The original construction manual are in centimeters. In the English version everything is changed to smooth measurements e.g. 1/2" so that you can get the items you need at your hardware store. So the construction manual doesn´t say: Buy a Pine Board (Batten) with 11,8234 inch ;-)

2.: In Germany, wood is expensive, therefore the German instructions describe the construction with cheap shelf glued boards (in German "Leimholzbretter"), some of them have to be glued together, according to a clever plan ;-) In the English version we build with cuted plywood panels.

Dimensions:
48 inch (4ft.) wide x 50 inch high x 40 inch low.

Difficulty:
You need basic craftsmanship like sawing with a jigsaw or cutting thin plastic. For the assembly later you need a second person.
