All right. The Forest Brook Stole is worked in an easy to memorize lace pattern which is written and charted. It can easily be adjusted for different sizes and different yarns, you can make it a narrow scarf or a wider stole and work to any length that pleases you.
Yarn: Austermann Merino 160 (100% merino; 160m/50g; 175yds/1.76oz), 4 balls. Sample in a length of 135cm (54in) used 547m (599yds).
Needles: 3.5mm/US 4
Notions: yarn needle
Gauge: 27 stitches/36 rows in lace pattern = 10cm (4in). Gauge is only important if you want to work the stole to the same dimensions.
Size: 28cm (11 1/4in) in width, the length is adjustable.
