IMPORTANT: You are buying a PDF crochet pattern, NOT the finished figure.
This pattern is included in English AND German – both PDF versions are part of the download.
A little mummy in light blue, wrapped from head to toe in a crocheted bandage made from white crochet yarn. Head and body are worked in one piece, plus arms with four fingers each, feet with one big toe and three little toes, sticking-out ears, a round nose and eyes made from white felt with red veins. A little beetle in medium blue and black sits on top of the head.
The bandage is a bit of patient work: a narrow band of 3 single crochet, worked until it is approx. 6 m long – and then wrapped around the mummy. It does not matter where you start.
If you run into any trouble, or if an error has slipped in somewhere: please message me FIRST, before leaving a review – we'll sort it out together!
Photo note: The crocheted item is real and made by me. On some photos the background was AI-generated or digitally edited.
Required skills: chain, single crochet, magic ring, increase and decrease.
The pattern is a detailed step-by-step PDF with 22 progress photos. Every round and row is written out individually, with stitch counts.
Skill level: easy to intermediate – lots of small pieces, but basic stitches throughout.
Finished size: approx. 20 cm.
Gauge: 26 stitches × 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4 in.
Yarn used: Schachenmayr Catania, 3 mm hook.
• 50 g light blue yarn
• 50 g white crochet yarn (weight 1.25)
• scraps in black and medium blue
• a small scrap of white felt
• two half beads, 6 mm
• a pair of black and white eyes, approx. 5 mm
• stuffing
• 3 mm crochet hook, darning needle, scissors, glue, a red felt-tip pen
