Für diese Mütze sollte man Erfahrung im Stricken mit 5 Nadeln und mit mehreren Farben haben. Die Anleitung umfasst 2 Seiten und enthält eine detailierte Beschreibung mit Musterchart zum Stricken. Da die finnische Wolle (7 veljestä von Novita) in Deutschland nicht erhältlich ist, hier Vorschläge für entsprechende Garne. 150g der Wolle 7 veljestä entsprechen 300 m. Zum Stricken eignen sich folgende, hier erhältliche Garne:
- Lana Grossa: Alpina Landhauswolle oder Meilenweit 8-fach 100
- Schoeller + Stahl: Zimba fix
- Drops: Big Fabel
- Regia: 8-fach
- Online: Supersocke 8-fach
