IMPORTANT: You are buying a PDF pattern, NOT the finished item.
You get this pattern in two languages: in English AND in German, both PDFs together in one file.
Garden Breeze is a light triangular shawl in natural white with an airy openwork pattern of double crochets and chains. It is worked in rows from one long foundation chain and decreases by a block of four on both sides in every row, until the point forms at the bottom. That means there are only a few rows to remember – the rest works itself.
The finished shawl measures approx. 110 × 40 cm. You can tie it as a bandana in your hair or wear it loosely as a shawl.
The pattern is written step by step and illustrated with 14 progress photos, so you can see at every stage what the pattern should look like.
If you get stuck anywhere, or if a mistake has slipped in: please send me a message before leaving a review – we will sort it out together!
Stitches used:
• chain (ch)
• slip stitch (sl st)
• half double crochet (hdc)
• double crochet (dc)
That is all you need. The pattern is written step by step, row by row, with 14 progress photos.
Difficulty: easy to intermediate – only basic stitches are used, but the long foundation chain (293 ch) takes a little patience.
The finished shawl measures approx. 110 × 40 cm.
Gauge: 26 stitches × 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm (2.5 mm hook).
• 150 g yarn in natural white
• Used: Schöller & Stahl Limone, cotton yarn with 125 m per 50 g
• Crochet hook 2.5 mm
• Darning needle
• Scissors
You are very welcome to sell the finished items – please credit me as the designer (Masche-für-Masche).
The pattern itself is for private use only and may not be passed on, exchanged, sold or published, neither in its original nor in translated form.
You can download the pattern immediately after receipt of payment.
