These cute balls can be used for various activities not only for juggling but also for can toss or to train throw and catch. Due to their size and weight they fit in your hands perfectly and don't bounce when they fall down. Thus they are suitable for beginners especially. 6 different fruits (lemon, apple, tomato, orange, plum and potato) are described detailed. Many pictures help to understand the production process. You can put together your favourite set for juggling.
This tutorial does not include crochet basics, but requires some experience. The following techniques are used: magic ring, chain stitch, slip stitch, double crochet, half treble crochet, crochet in rows and rounds, sewing and embroidering (crochet terms in British English!).
If you use cotton yarn with a yardage of about 280y/3.5oz (125m/50g) and a hook size 3 the balls will get a diameter of 6 cm (measured without stem, leaf etc.)
