Naveya is one of those shawls that, once you have worn it, you never want to take it off. You just have to wrap it around yourself and cuddle into it.
What makes it so perfect for that? It is its special shape, which is slightly more than a half circle.
What is more, Naveya is versatile, you can knit the shawl with any yarn and in any size.
Even better, it is easy to knit, , making it suitable for beginners while experienced knitters will love it as “mindless knitting”, a fast and relaxing knit, not one that requires your full attention from start to finish, while still creating a beautiful shawl in the end.
The pattern contains a professionell chart as well as a written pattern, two photo tutorials, one on the set up and one on the bind off technique.

Materials:
300 g Garnmanufaktur Maya gradient yarn cake 3-ply (250 m/100g), gradient yarn cake 50% acrylic, 25% alpaca, 25% wool
circular needles 5 mm (US8 ),
6 stitch markers, 6 sets of beads if desired
or: for this size and thickness of the shawl: a lofty yarn with a bit of volume, 200 to 250 m per 100 g, for example sock yarn 8-ply, yardage in total 750 m
or: any desired yarn. The needle size should be chosen according to the recommendations for that yarn. The texture will be lost if the needle size is to large.
Gauge, 10 x 10 cm /4 x 4”: 15 stitches x 24 rows
