Instructions for a small bathroom rug
doubleface knitted small afghan / rug
Used techniques:
– German Cast on
– Italian Cast on (Link to video included)
– i-Cord
– knitting in rows
– doubleknitting (knit and purl in two colors)

Gauge:
19 stitches = 10 cm
26 rows = 10 cm
Width of the rug: 52 cm
Height of the rug: 60 cm
If you use cotton yarn with 85 m / 100 grams:
17 stitches = 10 cm
24 rows = 10 cm
Width of the rug: 58 cm
Height of the rug: 65 cm
Creative Cotton, dk, 100% cotton by Rico Design. 115 m per 50 grams
• Main color: approx. 160 grams (I used light gray, colorway 019)
• Contrast Color: approx. 160 grams (I used petrol, colorway 015)
Note: If you use cotton yarn with 85m / 100 grams, you'll need approx. 230 grams per color.
