Would you like to sew a very simple skirt for your daughter? The great thing about this pattern is that you can change it into a reversible balloon skirt! We have a YouTube video showing you how to sew the skirt: How to sew FABIENNEs skirt You can tailor the waistband either from the same fabric with an elastic band or with cuff fabric. You can sew a normal skirt or a reversible balloon skirt. The pattern also contains side pockets. You can sew pockets if you like. This skirt is a fantastic sewing project for beginners having many possibilities.

Recommended fabric: cotton fabrics or jersey and stretched fabrics. The waistband can be sewn with an elastic band or from cuff fabric.

110-116 / 5-6 yrs.: 41 cm / 16 1/8"

112-128 / 6-8 yrs.: 43 cm / 16 7/8"

134-140 / 8-9 yrs.: 45 cm / 17 3/4"

146-156 / 10-12 yrs.: 47 cm / 18 1/2"

=> for the version with cuff fabric: 20 cm / 7 7/8" cuff fabric

If the skirt is too short for you, you can easily lengthen it!
