These thumbless mittens are worked in the round. Instructions are provided for knitting in the round using either double pointed needles or a cable needle.

SKILL LEVEL: Advanced beginner.
Size Information
Five sizes Doll/Premie/0-3m/3-6m/6-18m are available with a measurement reference table.
Materials List
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
-
4 mm (6 US) double point needles (DPNs) or circular needles for working in magic loop technique. Use smaller or larger needles to obtain the required gauge.
- Tapestry needle for weaving in the ends, two stitch markers. Optional: round counter.
YARN & GAUGE
Any worsted weight yarn that meets the gauge requirements of 22 stitches and 40 rows in 10 cm (4 in.) in garter stitch. You are looking for yarn in the range of 105-125 meters (114-136 yards) per 50g.
You will need approximately 20 (30) 35 (40) 50 meters or 25 (35) 40 (45) 55 yards of worsted yarn for a pair of mittens depending on the selected size.
Original yarn: Sublime Yarns Extra Fine Merino Worsted (colorway Blue Moon/545).

Komplizierte Beschreibung
Ich stricke jetzt über 40 Jahre und fast immer nach einer Anleitung, aber so eine komplizierte Beschreibung hatte ich noch nie. Diese merkwürdige Verteilung der Maschen auf die verschiedenen Nadeln verstehe ich bis jetzt nicht. Ich habe die Schühchen fertiggestellt, aber es war harte Arbeit.

Die Schühchen werden in einem Stück gestrickt und sind super erklärt! Ein riesen Kompliment an die Autorin! Das ist die beste Anleitung für Babyschühchen. Habe sie schon viele Male gestrickt.
