Crochet Pattern Coat, Cardigan "Avocado" - seamless & easy

AVOCADO is a comfortable, figure-flattering coat with a great lace pattern. An eye-catcher – no matter in which color!
This jacket is a classic wardrobe staple and a modern, wearable piece, that can be dressed up or down. Worn open, it is a casual garment that goes well with narrow pants, boots or sneakers.
Worked from top to bottom, AVOCADO is seamless and beginner friendly.
For a shorter jacket the length can be adjusted.

CONSTRUCTION
This coat is a seamless top-down construction. Start at the top edge of the back piece, and work flat until the armhole depth is reached. Then, pick up stitches from the upper edge to work the front parts separately. Join for working the body, and continue straight down until you reach the body length. Stitches are picked up from the armholes, and the sleeves are worked straight down in rounds, without decreases. For a nice finish, work an edging around the front opening.
This coat is designed to be worn open. It has a straight fit without shaping. The sleeves are narrow, but can be crocheted wider.
