My cheerfully colourful reversible handbag for every occasion is sturdy and absolutely suitable for everyday use. It looks stunning in any colour!

A bag with 2 faces, so you have the right bag for every look.

This is of course only a colour suggestion, feel free to use your favourite colours!

Crochet in C2C (corner to corner) technique and with double stitches.
If you don't have any experience with C2C, you can find a test pattern in the download for practice.

Every single working step of the bag is described in detail and illustrated with photos.

I would describe the difficulty of the bag as medium. The challenge is to carry out the individual steps carefully so that an attractive overall picture of the bag is created.

My bag is 38cm wide and 25cm long, the crocheted handles are 32cm long but can be extended as you like.

I used 3 balls each of Schachenmay "Catania" in the colours red 115, orange 299, peacock blue 146 and apple green 418 and crocheted with crochet hook 2.5cm to create a stable stitch pattern. You will also need 4 half rings and 4 metal carabiners for 4cm ribbons, a blunt embroidery needle and a few safety pins.
