FLAT and IN ROUNDS:

The pattern provides instructions for both knitting with two knitting needles back and forth (flat) and knitting with five knitting needles in rounds.

The Bull and Cow are 15 cm standing and 12 cm sitting.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS

You will need:
• any DK yarn of the following colors:

• dark brown – 5 g.
• turquoise – 5 g.
• light blue – 5 g.
• white – 10 g.
• grayish brown – 10 g.
• beige – 14 g.
• leftovers of brick brown yarn
  • four black 8-mm beads
  • six white 8-9-mm buttons
  • four white 11-12-mm buttons
  • four brown 11-12-mm buttons
  • two atlas roses (or decorative buttons)
  • 2.5-mm knitting needles (if you prefer to work in rows) or 2.5-mm double-pointed needles (if you prefer to work in rounds)
  • 2-mm knitting needles
  • wadding polyester

I used Himalaya Hayal lux wool (worsted weight; 25% wool, 75% acrylic; 250 m per a 100 g ball) to make the main parts of the toys.
The dress of the cow is made of YarnArt Super Perle (fingering; 100% acrylic; 400 m per a 100 g ball).

Instead of Himalaya Hayal lux wool yarn, you can use any worsted or sport yarn.
