Make your own Crochet Horse / Colt / Foal / Pony with the step-by-step Crochet Horse Pattern with lot of photos (the original pattern by svetaminka2)
This cute amigurumi Horse named Eric has a very cute collar. If you crochet him from plush yarn, then you want to hug it all the time!

Skill level: upper beginner (the crochet pattern doesn't contain lessons on crocheting). Skills required: basic crocheting skills for amigurumi (crocheting in spiral, magic ring, chain, single crochet stitch, double crochet stitch, ch 3 picot, increasing and decreasing, slip stitch), basic sewing skills.
The Crochet Pattern (pdf file) is in English (US terms), very detailed, very clear instructions and tips with lots of photos for each step.

Size ~ 33 cm/13 inch tall, I used a yarn of ~191 yards/175 m = 3,5 oz/100 g and a 3,5 mm crochet hook.

• Yarn: I used – Himalaya Dolphin Fine 100% Polyester (100g=175m) color: latte №17 < 100 g, brown №37 - 3,5 mm crochet hook - a bit of green and blue yarn for the flower (I used Alpina “Rene” 100% mercerized cotton, 50g=105m and a 3 mm hook) - Polyester fiberfill for stuffing - Yarn needle, scissors, stitch marker, pins - A bit of black yarn to embroider the nose - 8 mm plastic eyes.
