Basic crochet skills are a prerequisite.

A toy can be made of different types of yarn, but it is important to choose the appropriate ratio of thickness of yarn and hook size.

Small Reindeer height ~ 18 cm / 7.0 inch (YarnArt Jeans)

Big Reindeer height ~ 27 cm / 10.6 inch (Yarn Gazzal Baby Cotton XL)

To crochet the Reindeer Rudolph, you will need:

1. Yarn YarnArt Jeans (160 meters/50 grams):

• № 71 Brown - 1 skein
• № 70 Dark-brown - 0.2 skein

2. Yarn Alize Cotton Gold (330 meters/100 grams):

• №126 Green - 0.1 skein
• №56 Red - 0.3 skein
• №55 White - 0.1 skein

3. 4 mm Needle type Eyes
4. Crochet hook 2 mm and 2.5 mm (for sweater only)
5. Stuffing material (hollowfiber or polyfil)
6. Scissors & needle (long and short)

I use the Alize Cotton Gold or YarnArt Jeans for making toys.
You can use any other yarn, but then choose an appropriate size of a crochet hook.
