Winter should be warm. Yarn in fingering weight is used for the shawl. Different leftovers provide variety. But also use a skein that has been lying around for a long time without an idea.

Materials List
Approx. 550g (approx. 420m / 100g) leftovers in fingering weight: At least twice between 50g and 100 g of one colour. Hold two strands of yarns together.
4.0mm (US6) circular knitting needle; used length 100cm (40’’)
2 additional 4.0mm (US6) circular knitting needles, used length 100cm (40’’), to put stitches on hold. You could work also with cables and interchangeable needles.
Double pointed needles 4.0mm (US6)
4 different stitch markers

Super Resteverwertung, tolles Ergebnis.
Mein Restekorb hat sich ordentlich geleert und der Rucksack wird überall bewundert.
Die Beschreibung des zweiten Teils klingt kompliziert und die Bilder mit der mehrfarbigen Wolle sind für mich nicht unbedingt hilfreich, aber wenn man genau der Anleitung folgt, entsteht ein sauber gearbeiteter Tunnel für die Kordel. Es dürfte noch eine Anleitung für die gestrickte Kordel geben.
