Crochet pattern "Gumball machine" by Wunderlich`s Kreativchaos

School enrollment is just around the corner and this cute machine is perfect for table decorations. This idea is also ideal for a birthday or as a gift. You can fill the machine with sweets or small toys. At the same time, it is a good way to give coffee mugs or sundaes a new look. This reduces waste and protects the environment :) .

This Pattern explains step by step how to crochet the vending machine. The instructions consist of 15 pages and are provided with many pictures.

In my shop you will find a free part with lots of pictures and tips on how to sew on the individual parts correctly.

Difficulty level : easy

However, the guide does not include a basic course. Therefore you should master the following basic knowledge:

MR - Magic Ring
sc - single crochet
ch - chain
sl st - slip stitch
dtr - double triple crochet
inc - increase
dec - decrease
tc - turning chain
FLO - Front Loop Only
BLO - Back Loop Only
(..) x? - the section in brackets needs to be repeated ? time

I mainly crochet with 100% cotton yarn and hook size 2,0. You can
use
any other yarn and also a different hook size. If you use other yarn or
a different sized hook, the mentioned size of the figure may vary. If
you crochet with Carina yarn (similar to Schachenmayr Catania) and a
hook size 2,0, the Gumball machine will be ca.20cm high. You work
in continuous rounds. Do NOT use a slip stitch at the end of a round
unless otherwise specified by the pattern. If you have to crochet in
rows, it's particularly mentioned.

I always state a required amount of yarn of 50 g, even if only a small
amount is needed. You can use any other color.
• 50gr. Light blue or pink and hot pink
• 50gr. White and / or dark gray
• rest in different colors, wooden letters Bubble Gum or
• Sweets /Fiberfill / cardboard
• Scissors / sewing supplies / glue

You also need:

1 cup with a lid (coffee cup or ice cream cup - the instructions are written in such a way that you can adjust the case to any size.

1 acrylic ball with a diameter of 12 cm Attention! The ball MUST have a hole. Exact pictures can be found in the preview pictures :)
