Pattern: Shrug *DonnaRocco*

Product description

An individually adaptable pattern for a fashionable knitted shrug, designed by Birgit Freyer.

A shrug is the ideal garment for those warm, yet not warm enough spring and fall days, or summer evenings, because it doesn't take up much room
and can be donned quickly.
The combination of different patterns and colours keep the knitting process interesting, and create a result worth seeing.
For the shrug *Donna Rocco*, up to three colours can be used. It can also be worked in a single colour, complementing your favourite garment.

All *DonnaRocco* style patterns have something in common: The change of colours and patterns is accompanied by a characteristic set of garter stitch
ridges.
Also, all the patterns are variable. For the shrug, you only need to take one measurement: the span from arm to arm, to determine the desired length of the sleeves.

The pattern is charted.

Socks in Motion By Birgit Freyer
There’s 6 patterns but I’ve only made 3 of them and the toe up pattern twice. At first they are a bit difficult but I kept knitting until I understood the concept better. They are beautiful and very challenging which I love. You must remember when knitting this style you do not knit tightly otherwise your knitting 2 different colors will make the sock not fit right or to tight. But yes I enjoyed making them.
