Terms:

• basic crochet stitches

mr, sc n = magic ring – crochet n single crochet stitches into the adjustable loop.

sc = single crochet stitch (double crochet stitch in UK and Australia).

sl =slip stitch

ch = chain

inc = increase – crochet two single crochet stitches in the same stitch.

dec = decrease – crochet two stitches together

Wooden wreath for the base - 20 cm diameter

• Yarn

• • cotton yarn, 190 m = 50 g (208 yd = 50 g) (100% cotton ), but any yarn can be used.

• a little white decorative yarn for the contour of the hat

• decorative yarn for the bells which you can replace with yellow yarn

• for beard - felt wool 50 g = 50 m

• 2 mm, US – B crochet hook or according to the yarn.

• Polyester fiberfill, wool, wadding etc. for stuffing.

• Wooden wreath for the base - 20 cm diameter /You can use other materials or make by crochet or other technique of your choice/
