2 black glass eyes of 10 mm
Textile glue

5 buttons 1 cm
1 x Iron wire 20 cm
2 x Iron wire 40 cm
Cardboard 10 x 10 cm
Transparent piece of plastic measuring 10 x 10 cm (for example from a sandwich or freezer bag)
