Crochet Pattern Mosaic Square cc-Smile

Following this pattern, I show you how to crochet this funny square in mosaic technique. The pattern comes with a written description and additionally contains a chart for mosaic stitches. There are a lot of variations of this granny. I cannot describe them all, but some of the variations you will find as bonus-charts at the end of this document. Yo you will get a pattern for more than 4 different squares.

Advanced beginners, knowledgement in mosaic technique is helpful but not necessary
Following stitches will be used:
Magic ring, chains, slip stitches, single crochet, double crochet, crochet in back loop/front loop only chrochet in rounds. For some special stitches there is a photo tutorial included.

Using the yarn I recommend you will reach a square 15x15 cm.

Any yarn in 2 contrasting colors, hook in suitable size, scissors, needle
I crocheted the square with cotton yarn 125m/50g, hook 3.5mm.
Size at Rd 16 appr. 15x15 cm, used appr. 10 g of each color, Col A and Col B.
Using bright color for Color B, the result will be very nice.
Round 17 is optional, if you don't reach the right size.
