Note dated 17 June 2023: Unfortunately, the Butterfly yarn cake used here is no longer being produced. You can use any other 4-ply yarn cake with a similar yardage instead.
Top Tunic "Pocahontas"
A wonderfully airy and lightweight tunic — not just for summer. It works up quickly and easily, and worn over a fitted dress or a long-sleeved shirt, it also becomes a great piece for autumn and winter.
Whether worn casually with jeans, elegantly with a skirt, or simply at the beach, this shirt suits many occasions. Thanks to the separate narrow tie belt, you have different styling and wearing options, as shown in the photos. If you make it longer, it turns into a lovely dress or mini dress.
The pattern includes written instructions, a crochet chart, step-by-step photos, and a schematic.
Required skills: chain stitch, double crochet, and triple treble crochet.
The pattern is also very suitable for beginners, provided that multiple treble stitches are not a problem.
The pattern is written for sizes S/M (36/38), L/XL (40/42), and XXL (44/46). However, other sizes are also easy to make thanks to the simple construction.
The shirt is oversized, so it has a very loose fit. The photos show size L/XL.

Auch ich möchte dieses Shirt häkeln
Nun meine Frage zur Maschenprobe: was ist das „Grundmuster“mit der die Maschenprobe gehäklelt wird?
