This PDF crochet pattern describes in US terminology, how to crochet a classic retro Beetle tissue holder, like the one in the pictures.

Finished size will be approx. 10,6” (27 cm) long, 4,3” (11 cm) tall, 4,7” (12 cm) wide, crocheted using acrylic yarn (8 ply / DK), with hook size E (3.5 mm).
The Beetle in the pictures was made using Stylecraft Special DK. This pattern is also suitable for wool or cotton yarn. The Beetle has an opening-flap at the bottom, to insert/refill the package of tissues.
Note: only the package of tissues, without the box, go inside the Beetle.

The pattern is mostly worked in continuous rounds. The windows are worked in rows.

Skill level: intermediate (for crocheting, as well as for pinning / sewing parts together)
Approx. Gauge:
for continuous rounds: 5 sc = 1”(2,50 cm) 5 rounds = 0,8” (2 cm)
for rows: 5 sc = 0,8” (2 cm), 5 rows = 0,8” (2 cm)

Hab den Kampf mit der Anleitung leider verloren. Ich hab schon viele Anleitungen nachgearbeitet aber das ging gar nicht!

Beim ersten "Auto" hatte ich noch ein wenig Kopfrauchen, inzwischen geht's schon wie am Fließband. Die Anleitung ist gut, für Anfänger jedoch etwas Geduld gefragt :-D

Sorry komm nicht zurecht was bedeutet 2 Reihe 14 fm3 fm in die nächste m.1fm,3 fm in die nä,m14fm(1fm zun)3x die Maschen in der klammer verstehen ich nicht Reihe 3... (1fm,1fmzun) 3x

  Unten auf der ersten Seite der Anleitung befindet sich eine Liste der verwendeten Maschen und Abkürzungen. 'in nä-M' bedeutet: in der nächsten Masche.
  In der zweiten Runde: 14 fM, 3 fM in nä-M, 1 fM, 3 fM in nä-M, 14 fM, [1 fM zun] 3X
  Das bedeutet: Du arbeitest zuerst 14 fM (d.h. 1 fM in jede der nächsten 14 M), dann 3 fM in die nächste M, dann 1 fM in die nächste M, dann 3 fM in die nächste M, dann nochmal 14 fM (also wieder 1 fM in jede der nächsten 14 M), dann häkelst du: 1 fM zun (das sind 2 fM in 1 M, das ist eine normale Zunahme), 1 fM zun, 1 fM zun. (also 3 x zunehmen am Ende der zweite Runde)
  Bitte beachte, dass dieser Anleitung für fortgeschrittene Häkeler ist, es ist bestimmt nicht für Anfänger geeignet.

  Hi ! Danke für den Kauf. Es tut mir leid, aber ich denke, du solltest die Druckereinstellungen überprüfen und gegebenenfalls ändern. Bei den meisten Druckern kan mann die Anzahl der zu druckenden Seiten festlegen. Vielleicht hat jemand, der den Drucker vor dir verwendet hat, diese Einstellungen geändert. Ich hoffe, es wird dir gelingen.

  Hi ! Vielen Dank fur den Kauf und deine Nachricht.
  Nein, das passt leider nicht. Weil die Oberseite einer Taschentuchbox eckig ist und das Dach eines Käfers konvexer ist.
  Deshalb wird nur der Inhalt einer Taschentuchbox ohne die Pappschachtel verwendet. Dann brauchen Sie den gehäkelten Boden, sonst fällt die Taschentuchpackung darunter.
