MATERIALS AND TOOLS

• Main and contrasting color yarn – I used 25 g of “Angora Special” by Alize (550m/100g, 70% mohair, 30% acrylic).
• Steel crochet hook. I used 1.5 mm crochet hook for the yarn mentioned above, 1.25 mm and 1.0 mm crochet hooks to attach to wool for felting.
• Stuffing.
• Fabric tape 1 cm wide to work up the wire (the one you use to cover wounds).
• Single core copper electrical wire for the main parts approximately 100 cm (approximately 40 inches) long 1.5 mm in diameter. Use only copper wire for the frame as copper can better stand bending compared to aluminum. You can buy it at electric supplies stores.
• Thin copper PVC electrical wire for the ears – approx. 15 cm (5.9 inches) long. You can find this type of wire wound together inside a cable. You need one of those thin wires (not the whole cable). You can buy it at electric supplies stores. Wire for making jewellery can also be used.
