Rattle little giraffe

This is a new crochet pattern for a little rattle in the design of my giraffe - you may find a crinkle toy and a music box in the same design in my shop. You may get all of them together in a bundle right now.

The little rattle is to be finished very fastly with only little amounts of yarn (less than 10g for each color). So you have a very cute gift for birth and new parents.

This crochet pattern includes 7 pages with a lot of pictures for the details.

So it is appropriated for beginners in crocheting who still know the basics of crocheting (single crochet, continuous rounds, chains, slip stitches, half double crochet). Indeed, for the little parts (horns, ears) there is some excercise requested.

The finished rattle will be about 12 cm - it depends a little on the used material and on the individual tightness while crocheting.

• cotton yarn (125m/50g - 5 ply – fine - sport weight): yellow (< 10g), dark brown (< 10g), cream (< 5g), little amounts of black and white
• crochet hook (2,5 mm)
• tapestry needle for weaving yarn tails
• polyester fiberfill
• two safety eyes (7,5 mm)
• a little bell / round rattle for toys (25mm)
