Thank you for letting me know, not sure how it passed the Tester of pattern without alerting me to the problem.
It should have read as follows:
Step 13 Cast off 3(3, 4) sts at the beginning of next 2 rows = 36(40, 39) stitches
Step 14 WS p1, p2tog, knit to last 3sts, ssk, k1
Step 15 Purl row
Step 16 Repeat last 2 rows 6 more times = 24(28, 27) stitches
Step 17 k1, k2tog, knit to last 3sts, ssk, k1
Step 18 p1, p2togbl, purl to last 3sts, p2tog, p1
Step 19 Repeat last 2 rows 2(3, 3) times more
Step 20 Cast off remaining stitches
I am uploading the amended pattern. You are welcome to email me - see email given on last page of pattern and I will forward you the amended pattern in full

I am a bit confused.
First, does step one step two mean row 1 row 2?
Next, in the sleeves directions, step 11 has 39 stitches left, then after casting off 4 st at the beg of the next two rows, step 13 still shows 39 stitches left!
Can someone help?
Thanks
