Crochet pattern for lovely doll's ballet flats (ballerinas)

Crochet toys are well suited for children. Due to their softness they do no harm. They don't make disturbing noises or scratches and don't break if falling down. This tutorial will accompany you step by step to these lovely shoes for your children's favourite doll. Some pictures will help you to understand the production process.

This tutorial does not include crochet basics, but requires some experience. The following techniques are used: chain stitch, slip stitch, double crochet, half treble crochet, crochet in rows and rounds (crochet terms in British English!).

If you use cotton yarn with a yardage of about 280y/3.5oz (125m/50g) and a hook size 2.5, the shoes will become approx. 6.5 cm long.
