Yarn: consumption approx. 120 - 150 g total
yarn / wool, on 50 g from approx. 55 m length, suitable for crochet hook 6 - 8
Crochet needle No. 5 (important, needle thickness less than the needle thickness recommended by the manufacturer)
Please take care that the hat is best done when the material has a polyacrylic content of at least 30% For example, at "Boston" of Schachenmayr (my elf hat I made from this material in gray) or myBoshi No. 1. Then the hat has a corresponding "strength", since the brim can then be super-bent.
For suturing the threads please do not use a stuffing needle, but a woolen needle. These are available in various sizes favorable to buy.
