Three little glowing ghosts to crochet that softly shimmer from within once placed over LED tea lights. All in white with a small felt face, and each one gets its own accessory: a little spider, a rust-coloured chain or a pumpkin. The perfect autumn and Halloween decoration for the windowsill, the table or as a lovingly made little gift.

Required skills: magic ring, single crochet, half double crochet, increase and decrease – mostly single crochet.
The pattern is a detailed step-by-step PDF with photos. Every round is written out individually with the stitch count.
Skill level: easy to intermediate – a few small parts and some sewing.
The ghosts are placed over standard LED tea lights (making them approx. 8 cm tall).
Gauge: 26 stitches × 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm.
Yarn used: Schachenmayr Catania (2.5–3.5 mm; 3 mm hook).
• 50 g in white (main colour)
• scraps in black, rust-orange and light green
• a small piece of black felt (eyes & mouth)
• approx. 24 cm of thick black thread (spider legs), 1 pair of eyes approx. 5 mm + 1 black bead approx. 6 mm (spider)
• 3 LED tea lights, a little stuffing, glue
• crochet hook 3 mm, darning needle, scissors
(The materials are enough for all three ghosts.)
