Crochet Pattern: "Squares for Pixel Blankets"

This pattern describes how to make the squares all the way through to the finished pixel blanket.

The pattern includes sample designs for pixel blankets, along with a list of materials.

Of course, you can also design your own pixel blankets, count the number of squares in each color, and calculate how much yarn you’ll need.
I crocheted a square and then weighed it to calculate the amount of yarn used for each color.
One square weighed about 0,07oz / 2g for me, so one 1,75oz / 50g skein yields about 25 squares.
For the many light blue squares, we'll just use Value Yarn to save money.
