The socks shown are more like ankle socks and slightly shorter than usual. Of course, you are free to knit your socks to your desired length at the cuff.
The pattern stretches a lot, which is why the socks were knitted on smaller needles than usual. Sizes 40-43 are knitted using larger needles. The model shown is in size 41 and knitted with 2.5 mm needles.
The lace pattern is worked in every round and therefore requires your full attention – at least at the beginning.

30 sts and 40 rds in st st on smaller needles (sizes 36-39)
28 sts and 36 rds in st st on bigger needles (sizes 40-43)

Das Jäckchen ist mir als Strickanfänger gut gelungen.
Ich bin Strickanfänger und musste zuerst ein wenig üben um dieses Muster hin zu bekommen. Jedoch ist die Jacke in Größe 80 für mein Enkelkind wirklich schön geworden. Die Anleitung war gut zu verstehen. Vielleicht stricke ich sie noch einmal in einer größeren Größe für Sommer 2027.
