MATERIALS AND TOOLS
About yarn:
The bag is made of 100% cotton fingering yarn - 430 m/100 g with 2 strands of yarn held together.
You can use any Fingering yarn or 2 times thicker yarn if you want to use only 1 strand of yarn for the main parts. 2 times thicker yarn would be any DK yarn which is approximately 210 m per 100 g skein. I recommend using cotton yarn because the bag will hold the shape better, and you can iron it.

Attention! You can use cotton or acrylic yarn to make the bag. If you use acrylic yarn, do not steam the bag, as it will lose shape.

You will need:
• Fingering yarn (100% cotton) of the following colors:

• Light brown: 115 g.
• Green: 75 g.
• Light green: 75 g.
• Dark green: 10 g.
• Red: 10 g.
• Yellow: 10 g.
• leftovers of black
  • 16 round buttons of yellow color (10-12 mm in diameter);
  • 2 round buttons of green color (10-12 mm in diameter) – for nostrils (optional);
  • 4 white round buttons (18-20 mm in diameter);
  • 2 black round buttons (8 mm in diameter) – for eyes (optional);
  • 1.25 -mm steel crochet hook for crocheting small parts;
  • 2.25 -mm steel crochet hook for crocheting the bag.
  • Tapestry needle for embroidery using fingering yarn.

NOTE! To make a bigger bag, you can use thicker yarn with a suitable crochet hook. In this case, make sure that your buttons are bigger too.
