My Little Horse Crochet Pattern

This cute crochet horse you can make by yourself.
Pattern is easy to follow. One piece toy – head, body and legs. Only ears, tail and mane are sewn on. The horse stands only with support.

Skill level: intermediate.

MR – magic ring
st – stitch
sl.st. – slip stitch
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
inc – increase – two single crochet in one stitch
dec – decrease – two single crochet together (invisible)

The finished product using the materials described in this pattern is 17 cm/~7 inches tall.

The required materials and tools:
• DK weight yarn of any desired colors
for the body I used yarn Alize Cotton Gold (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 330m/100g)

• for the tail and the mane:
yarn Alize Bella Batik (100% cotton, 360m/100g)
yarn YarnArt Jeans Crazy (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 160m/50g)

• safety eyes or beads D=4 mm
• 2 mm, 2.25 mm or any different crochet hook matching the yarn
• 2.5 mm crochet hook for the tail and the mane
• stuffing material, fiberfill
• tapestry needle, scissors
• hot glue gun (optional)
