The Lunda shawl is knit sideways.

It combines garter stitch with an interesting easy lace pattern that gains its special effect from dropped stitches.

Both sides look different but are equally attractive, so the decision which side you wear on the outside will be hard.

The Lunda shawl can be knit in any desired size. It is also suitable for sock yarn.

And here is a special bonus for all knitters that don't like to knit purl stitches: this shawl has no purl stitches.
