small: 100 g Schoppel-Wolle Zauberball (420 m/100 grams), here Colour 1536;
large: 200g Schoppel-Wolle Crazy Zauberball (420m/100 grams, you will need 170 g); here colour 2085;
for both: circular needles 4 mm (if necessary also a thinner one for picking up stitches)
or: any other sock yarn 4-ply, or any other yarn that meets the gauge
Gauge: (10 x 10 cm, 4 x 4’):
24 stitches x 48 rows garter stitch (4mm needles)
