The sweater Solsida - sunny side - is a wonderfully casual, comfortably sized garment which, due to its A line shape, falls loosely over the hips. Thus,Solsida is especially suitable for larger sizes.
Solsida is knit sideways, using two gradient yarn cakes. That ensures an amazing colour effect plus the vertical lines add to the slimming aspect of the garment. This also allows the size to be easily adjusted.
Furthermore, there are no seams, so there is no cumbersome sewing to be done.
Additionally, the pattern includes notes as well how to adjust length or width or how to knit an asymmetric vest or cardigan.
Very detailed pattern with charts (13 pages) contains a in-depth legend, photo tutorials on special knitting stitches and links to special knitting techniques.
