Christmas time - star time ..... With this pattern you can crochet the scarf “Hoshi BE” - my little star scarf. You can make Hoshi with or without fringes and with the thick wool (like the chenille yarn) it is finished within a few hours. You can work this scarf with both thicker and thinner wool, but you should then crochet several stars next to each other. The intermediate pattern can also be crocheted crosswise.
These instructions are very detailed and accurate (19 pages). There are lots of supporting pictures, each row is described in detail and there is also a computer-generated crochet script.
I'm sure that even less experienced crocheters will be able to cope with these instructions.
The following stitches are used:
Chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, front and back relief stitches, crocheting several relief stitches around a stitch (detailed step-by-step instructions) and casting off several stitches together.
With the material specified, my scarf is 160 cm long (without fringes) and 22 cm wide.
Tools:
Crochet hook no. 5 (5mm)
Embroidery needle
scissors
possibly stitch markers
Wool: Himalaya Dolphin Baby
Producer: himalaya_yarns
Material: 100 % Micro Polyester
Yarn length: 1 ball = 100 g = 120 m
Usage: 3 balls = 300 g = 360 m
