DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Beginner-intermediate
If you use the yarn and hook indicated, the bear will be about 28 cm (11 inches) tall standing and 19 cm (7.4 inches) tall sitting. You can make it bigger or smaller by using another type of yarn but please, adapt the crochet hook, eyes and nose accordingly.
· Bulky yarn (velvet/ chenille). I used “Himalaya Dolphin Baby” 100g/120m (100% Micro Polyester) in Brown #80337 and cream #80308. Similar yarns: Katia Bambi, YarnArt Dolce, Hobbii Baby Snuggle.
· Brown sport yarn to embroider the nose
· 4.5 mm crochet hook
· Polyester fiberfill
· Yarn needle
· Stitch marker
· 10 mm black safety eyes
· 18 mm brown safety nose
